Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and state/federal regulations, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns on any products once they have been shipped.

No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including if you change your mind after purchase.

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email kennysliquorsoviedo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. While we cannot accept returns, we will work with you to address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Failed Delivery: If a delivery driver cannot obtain an adult (21+) signature, the package will not be left and will likely be re-attempted (number of attempts are based on carrier standards). It is the customer's responsibility to communicate with the carrier and/or arrange/schedule a pickup/redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, a carrier will ship the package back to Kenny's Liquors and a member of our team will reach out to the customer to arrange redelivery. The following fees will be the responsbility of the customer before package is resent:

  • 10% redelivery fee
  • Cost of the return shipping from the carrier billed to Kenny's Liquors
  • New redelivery shipping
